Cancellation before departure will incur a cancellation fee.
More than two months will incur in loss of deposit, between one and two months will incur 50% of rental charge, and less than a month will incur 100% loss of rental charge.
I understand that I am required to pay the balance in full six weeks prior to my arrival and that a £100 refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance. I note that the security deposit will be refunded in full following a satisfactory check of the a partment on departure.
